Super simple to use and setup. I used it for a Zoom call with a group of 7 in a large room. Set it on a conference table and it picked up the conversations around the table with ease and clarity. The sound output was plentiful and very natural in clarity. Three hour meeting didn’t phase the battery life. Comes with built in rechargeable battery pack and zippered cover that easily stows away in laptop case. Small but powerful. Connected to my laptop via Bluetooth with ease out of the box with no software downloads. Immediately recognized by Windows 11 and Zoom. Amazing product at an excellent price. Would buy this again and again.

This product has great sound quality, it looks great, and it’s easy to use. I keep it hardwired to my desktop and connect to work laptop through Bluetooth, works great both ways. Another solid product from Anker!

I purchased the Anker PowerConf S3 to compare with the Poly Sync 20. Both were roughly the same price, had sleek, professional looking designs, small form factors, and similar features (Bluetooth, portability, compatibility). Both use an iOS app to pair and setup, and both worked instantly with my work PC laptop. Both play tones when using the physical buttons (I like the Anker’s sound effects better), and both have useful status LEDs the indicate volume level, in-use, muted, etc. The Anker uses a USB A cable, the PolySync20 uses USB C. Both get their power over USB and don’t need a separate power cord and adapter (yay!).Where the products really differ are in their speaker quality. The PolySync20 gets about 25% louder, and when playing a speaker test YouTube vide, covers a LOT more of the lower-end frequencies. Where a deep male voice sounds tinny and very mid-range focused on the Anker, the PolySync20 captures deeper, richer bass.The Anker is a great product, I love the brand and the PowerConfS3’s design and features, but I will be returning it and sticking with the PolySync20 because of the sound quality.

I tried this one (Anker PowerConf S3) and the Jabra 510 MS, and although the Jabra is good or even really good, this one is better, and in most of the rating categories, the PowerConf S3 is really better than the Jabra. EVERYTHING in this item’s description in the “About this item” section is SPOT ON, as the PowerConf S3 delivers to these claims without any room for error. There is only 1 very small negative about the PowerConf S3 from my perspective, and that is for those male voices that are very bass(ey), this device doesn’t always do the best job of relaying that sound clearly, and very rarely I’ve had to ask those guys to repeat something they said, but for all other voice tones, this device works really good and I’m sure you’ll be very happy. On the other hand, the Jabra was usually on the tinny side as far as voice tone from the other side coming through. Also, the PowerConf S3 does work VERY WELL for muting background noise and for playing music, and when I’ve asked, the people on the other end say they can hear me loud and clear. I returned the Jabra, which was more expensive and not as good as the PowerConf S3. I also like the fact that USB cable on the PowerConf S3 is detachable and longer than the permanently attached USB cable that comes on the Jabra. The PowerConf S3 also has much better battery life than the Jabra. Sorry Jabra, but you lost this one.

I have used a variety of other portable speakers for connecting to Teams or Zoom over the past years and the Anker device surpasses all of them. Easy to setup and easy to use and easy to take with you on the road. Well engineered and a delight to have on my desktop.

We needed a way to make our Zoom meetings more accessible and this device was just what we were hoping for. It has great battery life and the speaker really broadcasts voices beautifully. Having six microphones allows everyone in the meeting room to be heard clearly by those attending online. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a Bluetooth device to serve as a microphone/speaker.

For a webmeeting with more than one person in one location participating one must buy this (or a similar) speaker/microphone. Participants sharing a laptop cam and mike make meetings hell. It is not that expensive and dramatically improves communication.

I was looking for a desktop conference speaker as it was tiring wearing headphones for work.I have had the odd issue in MS Teams when the mic doesn’t appear to work but that’s over a VPN connection so I’m not sure if this could occasionally cause an issue and, in any case, a quick restart usually resolves this. Excellent for hand-free phone use. Can easily hear the other person and they report hearing me very clearly, even when I’m walking about.Generally seems to work fine in Zoom and MS Teams.I wish I had bought this sooner as it’s so handy for hands-free phone use – btw connected to Android phone.Recommended. Thanks.
