The braided cable is nice and rugged. It’s helpful that it comes with a strap to tie the cable. I used one on my car for Android auto for 5 years, and kept another in storage. Both have worn out over 5 years, but I think that’s acceptable. It still works but just has a finicky connection at this point. With the lifetime warranty I think that’s very reasonable and deserved five stars.

Listen. Buy it. Anker is the best you’re gonna get. The price is good, the product is good. I have bought several Anker products over the years… I actually bought a few of these last year for my parents because apparently when you’re over 60 things just “disappear” instead of people forgetting where they left them… I tell you that to tell you this… I thought it was weird that my cable was just slow charging one day out of nowhere. So I looked back into my Anker orders and thought it was one of my more recent purchases (the ones for my parents), but based on the model and the appearance, I was able to trace my purchase back to March 2020… I bought the twin pack (10ft) for less than $8. I actually still have the other cable (still new)… so the one cable lasted FOUR YEARS… I gotta say at an average of $1 a year, that can’t be beat, and I took this cable everywhere… on vacation, to work, used in cars, etc. I just started using the second cable now… Wild to think that the first cable outlasted some of the devices it was used to charge. It also still looks in amazing condition. Will continue to buy more Anker products. Customer service is also excellent for questions and support.

I use these on my Samsung Galaxy S21+ and my portable power banks. They fast charge my phone with the right charger box (Samsung for me) and are regular when on non-Samsung boxes/USB outlets. They also seem to charge my portable battery faster when plugged into the Samsung box vs regular USB on an outlet strip. Could be my imagination, but I swear it charged my portable faster with this cable. Definitely a good quality cable that fast charges when you need it to and won’t if you don’t have the right charger box; pretty standard tech design for good charging cables.The length is easily my favorite part of these chargers! 6 ft cords are perfect to use whether I am close to an outlet/portable charger or need to be a little further from one. Better to have the flexibility in the 6ft than the restriction of the 3 ft ones.Wiring on the cables is durable and I have not seen any fraying or breakage after using them for months at a time. They also do not tangle easily, and when they do they unravel quite simply. These cables should last you a long time, like they have for me. They won’t short your phone’s battery and shouldn’t short any other electronic device that uses USB-C plugs, either.

Got tired of messing with sub-par charging cords that restricted the amperage necessary for a fast charge. If you’ve ever cut into one of these, the conductor(s) are so small as to warm the cord or put an excess load on the charger. The Anker cords I ordered fully support the output of Samsung chargers so that charging times are noticeably improved. Their round–rather than flat or oval shape–means that they don’t tend to twist into a knot even when carelessly tangled like a lot of the cheaper, braided cables. The connectors are of better quality as well and nicely fitted with stress relievers at their junctions.. For just a few dollars more, you get a lot better product!

This product works great and charged my son’s Samsung tablet when other cables were having difficulty due to « fast charging » features. Also worked great with my Apple Pro tablet and other usb-c devices. They are sturdy and very long. Definitely recommend.

Needed new cords to charge the iPhone 15 now that its USB C charging port. These are good cords. Good in length and charge phone within a reasonable amount of time. You can never go wrong with an Anker product.

I no longer use any other brand.Robust and almost unbreakable even with a fair bit of abuse in my van and at work. Decent price too.Don’t buy cheaper stuff, just buy these and know they will serve you well
