Quite surprised at how well this reduced temps. I usually monitor the Platform control hub die, which heats up and cools slowly. This usually ran above 70-78˚C and now has dropped to around 60˚C. Cleaning wipes do smell strong, but are very effective. Easy to apply and work with. Good value.

The wipes were very effective and removed the old material and dried quickly. However, they are very odorous which is a small trade-off for the effectiveness. The thermal paste is enough for several CPUs and isworking great to control heat despite a significant overclock.

Not a lot to say, except that I have used this premium paste on many builds that run 24×7 and never had a cooling failure after lasting 8 years or more. This paste will not break down even after extreme overclocking and high wattages (really a function of the cooler wattage). It spreads easy, but make sure you don’t use too much. It also comes with packets of cleaners incase you need to reapply. Good stuff and worth the premium price. There is enough to do several installations.

Our Xbox One X was bought used. The seller claimed he “upgraded” it, which I’m sure his intentions were good. The execution, however…Problems first started when playing Lego Marvel Heroes 2: at a certain cut-scene early in the game, the console would just shut down. When I rebooted, it said it did so to prevent overheating. Happened every single time during the same cut-scene. The fan on the console sounded like a mini jet engine as well. Tried a few other games, i.e.: Lego Incredibles, Disneyland Adventures, Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga… The console fan was either working overtime, or it would just shut down.I decided to open up the console and peek inside. All the components looked ok. I then looked at the cooling fan, heat sink… Some dust, blew it out. Then I took off the heat sink, and thermal paste was everywhere EXCEPT where it should be; the main cpu. It looked like a thin layer was on it, but most of it got pushed out to the other areas on the board (strings of it were all over the heat sink).Did some research, found this was a fairly issue. The fix: re-apply thermal paste. I’ve never done this before, so it was a bit intimidating.Bought this product with the wipes, and took my time cleaning off the old paste. Applied the Arctic mx-6, re-assembled the Xbox, crossed my fingers and hooked it up.Started up The Skywalker Saga; practically whisper quiet. Some areas of the game made the fan spin up faster than others, but nowhere near as bad as before the fix. Incredibles didn’t crash. Haven’t tried the other games yet, but so far we’ve played for several hours and haven’t had the console shut down or heard the fan nearly as bad as it was.The wipes work amazingly well. Yes, there’s a smell. It’s not unpleasant, but it definitely lingers (make sure to throw them outside when you’re done. If they are sitting in your trash can inside, you’ll never get rid of the odor).Overall, couldn’t be happier and our Xbox One X is running like a champ!

The thermal paste in this kit is awesome! Easy to apply and has a great thickness to it. However, I used the provided wipes to clean off old thermal paste and these wipes must be DRENCHED in menthol. After just one night in my office trash can my eyes would burn and I was getting headaches from the smell. It was so overpowering I had to replace my whole trash can! USE CAUTION when using these wipes or just use isopropyl alcohol instead.

I needed to split my very large desktop computer down to ship to the USA and so knew I would need to apply paste to the cpu and clean the surfaces again. I normally use an Arctic product, MX5, but haven’t had to add thermal paste for a few years now so figured I would just buy a new tube for when I got to the USA.What was really great about this is that it also had some cleaning wipes, and although I’m not sure how they work on a fully pasted surface they certainly did the job to clean the residue I had left before shipping and make sure that both surfaces were ready for the paste.The paste itself I did research and found that MX6 is rated very well for temperatures, applied as with any other paste and I haven’t had any issues with temps or otherwise. Not sure if it’s any better than the previous compound I had but would definitely recommend for any use, especially if you are going to need to clean off old paste. Previously I had two bottles of remover and then a cleaner, the wipes are much more convenient and easier.

This product worked as described. Cleaning wipes did a fantastic job removing old thermal paste with ease. Applying new paste was a breeze. Thermals on my GPU are perfect.Note: Cleaning pads have a very strong smell, so remove from house asap after use.

The wipes really remove the old paste! I will say one thing, IT STINKS! Make sure you use in a well ventilated area. I put the new paste on and the fans are running much less than before! I guess it was time to refresh the paste!

Cumpre bem a função e garante alguns graus a menos que uma pasta “comum”, mas não vi muita diferença da pasta térmica que veio junto ao cooler da Deepcool.Mas os limpadores MX Cleaner são INCRÍVEIS, muito fácil e rápido limpar o processador.

Good thermal paste.If you don’t want your room to smell for two days straight, don’t use the included wipes anywhere you will be sleeping, or at least don’t let it touch something you can’t simply remove from your room. Don’t ask me how I know. If you have isopropal alcohol, I would use that.

Extra with wipes are amazing
Great amount of paste, very useful.Warning- the wipes are very strong and their scent is very very very strong. Makes your eyes water, so make sure to dispose of away from yourself. But they worked great at getting the thermal paste off
