The Chenille Wash Mitt is made of extra plush microfiber that holds tons of clean water and soap to drench any car in thick foaming suds for the ultimate scratch and swirl free washing experience. How to Use it 1. Use two buckets: fill one bucket with 5 gallons of water and 1 – 3 oz of Chemical Guys car wash soap and the other with plain water. 2.Rinse your car, then wash in straight lines with the soapy mitt. 3.After cleaning a panel or two, dip the dirty mitt in the bucket of plain water to loosen the embedded dirt, then wring it out on the ground. 4.Return to the soap bucket and continue to wash the whole car. 5.Rinse away all soap and dirt from the car, then dry with premium microfiber towels.

Ok, I know this is supposed to be for the car, but I use it as a duster around the house and it’s amazing! Simple to use and easy to clean! A must in the cleaning toolkit!

Relatively affordable and is very gentle on the vehicle. My only concern is how well I’m getting it clean over time as I get the impression small pieces of material/dirt I’m cleaning off the car while washing, will slowly build up in the mitt and start to contribute to clear coat scuffs. I could be entirely wrong, but we’ll see. One could also argue it would be about that time if you see a fade in performance, that you buy another!It gets the job done. I don’t feel it does any better than using a microfiber towel to wash.High absorbency allows the mitt to bring a lot of water/soap to the vehicle and cover a good amount of area as you wash. I can’t say I have used it as a “mitt” other than the first wash. I find it easier to just use it like a standard sponge, so I’d be interested in a version that doesn’t have the opening for a hand.Overall works well and I’d consider another at this price point. Probably a bit critical in my review but, it is what it is. Used this with an SiO2 infused ceramic soap and a standard bucket approach.Update: Used it quite a few times and gets the job done. Not really concerned about dirt buildup as it gets very clean in the washing machine so it should be fine. Holds up well and process a soft wash.

I’ve been using a Meguiars wash mitt for a couple of years. And it has served me very well.However, I recently treated myself to one of these CG Chenille mitts … and I love it.Nice and soft.But so so soooo absorbent. It holds so much water (car shampoo). Its almost like carrying a gallon of shampoo in your hand. Consequently, each dip into the wash bucket goes twice as far on the car.The only think better than this mitt would be two of them … one for each hand, lol :-)
