Product comes in a quality package, not some flimsy plastic packaging like some do. I was able to use it right out of the box since it had plenty of juice. It’s very lightweight, sound quality is great, made some test calls and the noise cancellation seems to work great. I like the Siri activation feature since I use Siri a lot to send texts and make calls, saves me a lot of time, very cool feat to have. I’d highly recommend this headset. Battery life is awesome (I work close to 12 hrs days), instructions are clear. Very easy to pair and use. Definitely a go if you want to go handsfree.

Had a friend recommend this and took the plunge. All day comfort, all day battery. Call quality is pretty good. Had an issue with sound quality but discovered the rubber piece was pushed too far in. Pulled back into position and the sound quality was back to right. The noise canceling is pretty good to.

This is the 3rd time I have bought this product, I love this product, bought it for almost everyone in my house hold. Had excellent battery life. Can stay very well on your ear. Able to cancell noise. You hear the other person very clearly even when I am driving. Will buy this product over and over again

Wow the earpiece is comfortable enough to wear all day and will never fall off. Noise cancelling really works great and sound quality is awesome. Other reviews say it was difficult to get used to the controls and they were not kidding. Still deciding if I want to keep it because it is so hard to use. There is no button to push on the earpiece for controls. You just tap a solid plastic surface. The problem is the taps don’t register if you hair is partially covering the surface. Also there is a 1 second delay after tapping so I tap 2x or 3x thinking it did not register my tapping. I continually advance to the next song when I just wanted to pause. I still don’t know how to answer a call when already on the phone. Double taps work fine until you want to answer a call then it does not work 90% of the time. Maybe I need slow taps? Fast taps? Overall I love it for listening to Youtube since it is so comfortable to wear but getting tired of missing phone calls. I also suspect tapping the middle is different from tapping the edge but not sure about this though. Also I don’t think the battery lasts as long as they say. They did give me two battery/earpieces (the part behind the ear). The part with the microphone and earbud separate from the part that goes behind the ear. You charge the part that goes behind the ear so I thought I would always have a fully charged battery since they gave me TWO “behind the ear” units. When I woke up this morning my earpiece battery was low after only 1 day (not 30 hours). So I changed to the other “behind the ear” battery unit that was charging all day yesterday. BUT IT WAS DEAD!!!! Unplugged it last night. This is the most comfortable earpiece I ever had but is soooo difficult to use.

UPDATE: Since purchasing this headset, 11 co-workers have also purchased it!!! It’s all b/c some heard how mine sounded (very clear – not distorted) & how well it blocked out loud background noise. I explained how long the battery lasted, the price & even showed them how everything came packaged. After a couple weeks, 3 of them ordered one for themselves…then a few more & a few after that, etc. We now have 12 of us using them. The max volume is loud – you can adjust volume up or down w/ the multifunction button while on a call or via volume button on your ph. The battery lasts ALL SHIFT (we’re on the ph all night – sometimes up to 16 hrs) & then some, if fully charged. I was so close to ordering another Bluetooth brand I’ve used for years when I took a chance on this – extremely pleased w/ my decision. TRY IT – YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.**************************************I’m a truck driver & we unload our own trailers…it’s imperative we use headsets that cancel out the noise we make using roll up doors, electric dock plates & power jacks. According to co-workers, THIS headset works great! A few asked me to send them the info to order one for themselves. Not only is it a great price but the battery life is good (we spend 90% of our 14 hr days on the ph), it’s extremely comfortable wear & it’s secured on the ear (can wear on either ear).The voice clarity, noise canceling & battery life are all important to us & this headset has them all. We’ve spent way more on headsets that claim to have those but pale in comparison. I highly recommend trying this headset.

Buy with confidence! Over the years, I have purchased many headsets. This would include bargain and some of the most expensive headsets out there. Some were junk, some were ok, and some were great. What caught my eye with this headset was the battery life. It seemed very long compared to even the most expensive headsets I have had. I took the plunge and purchased. Not only did the headset perform better than expected, the talk time of this headset was unbelievable. I spend a lot of time on the phone and this headset just keeps on running. In the past, when I found a headset I liked, I always bought a second one so I would have a battery back up. Not needed with this one. However, I did, buy a second one (because I liked it so much) just in case something happened to the one I was using so I had a backup. Further, I have purchased several of these as gifts. The recipients were quite pleased! Also, just as important, one of the headsets I purchased had a volume problem. When I contacted the Vendor, they responded immediately and sent out a new headset same day! As stated at the beginning of this review…BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!

This bluetooth earpiece is very light wight and as many others have already stated. The battery life is amazing. The reason I gave it four stars instead of 5. Is because the other earpiece does not seem to hold a charge as long as the other.

I have had many blue tooth headsets. This one is so clear and no one believes me when I’m telling them I’m on a Bluetooth, it’s that clear. It comes with two batteries, lots of different ear pieces to find your perfect fit and of course a charging cord. I’m hooked!
