This Fitbit replaced my Charge 4 that finally died! I love the updates – but -the bands that come with it are somewhat uncomfortable and the closure is awkward to snap.. Of course I can buy replacements but when you spend a fair amount for an item it’s not something you want to have to do. I would say – yes, buy the Fitbit but be aware the bands are not great!

This product comes from a third party manufacturer. Fitbit refuses to warranty the product even though I only had it two weeks because of this. I returned it to Amazon because I don’t trust the quality of a repair or replacement.

I wish fitbit, now Google, would stop ripping off the consumers by modifying the wristbands with every new model. The Charge 5’s band is hard to use. But the watch itself is great.
