I purchased the repair kit for my iPhone XS Max. I’m happy I did! The price is reasonable because You will get the OLED Quality. The kit came with very easy, step by step instructions for installation. This was my first time repairing an iPhone screen but taking my time and using the instructions and a YouTube video helped tremendously. My screen is brand new and works perfectly.Also it’s a bonus they provide a screen protector that does not interfere with the touch functionality.

The screen worked very well. Everything was perfect, but there was one disappointing aspect.I had to use a ‘Suction Cup’ to pull the screen, but the ‘Suction Cup’ kept falling off the screen. So, in the end, I had to remove the original screen using a different method. If this part is improved, I could give it five stars

Straight forward installation. Everything needed was included. I watched a few YouTube videos first, which they recommend. You really need to use the hair dryer to heat up the screen to soften the adhesive.

Read the directions and watched a video on YouTube as I replaced the old screen and it went smoothly. Screen fits great and works great as well. Can’t even tell it was ever replaced. Appears and works like factory!

Ok, originally got the screen did the install myself. Everything went well and honestly this is the best REAL oled replacement for this device. Battery life was great after and the screen showed true blacks. Then 2-3 months after the install the screen cracked. I was pressing on the screen with my thumb and it cracked on the edge. Still worked and everything. I reached out expecting to be told I was out of luck. The seller had a replacement screen to me in 2 days. That is wild. I didn’t have to pay shipping or anything it just showed up. They didn’t pester me about whose fault anything was they just said “that’s terrible it happened to you. Let us get you another” that sort of piece of mind makes me want to buy more items from this seller.

I decided to replace the display on one of my old phones to give to my daughter. For the price of the part it was an experiment to see if I was able to do the job myself. The order arrived quickly. The instructions were vague but did encourage you to look up videos on YouTube for additional support. I found a couple of instructional videos so I had the visuals to follow along with, which was extremely helpful. The enclosed screwdrivers were a mixed bag. The most important one, the tri-point Y000, was a complete fail and unusable. It would not grip the screws. I ended up going to local store and purchased a fix it set for electronics. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have a decent Y000 screwdriver. It’s the one you’ll use the most in the installation process. As others have mentioned the screws are tiny, and it’s important you keep good track of them because they are not interchangeable. I used a muffin tin to separate the parts as they came off so they would not get mixed together, and that worked well. Label them as they come out, (star head, Y000, or Phillips). Of course, if you have good eyes that may not be necessary, but boy oh boy are those screws tiny! Replacing the screen is very doable. My suggestions are to make sure you have good light, minimal distractions/interruptions, and be organized in your approach.

I bought the fixerman for my iPhone 12 after a drop that shattered my screen. When I bought it I did not expect to be able to manage fixing it myself but figured it was worth a shot since a lot of the quotes I received for screen replacements were hundreds of dollars. This was a great solution for the price!-The directions are clear and easy to follow, the most difficult part was just keeping track of the screws to make sure everything went back in the correct spot after replacing it.-There are some differences in the screen (I.e color temperature and the amount of blur when swiping or scrolling) but overall this is a great product for the price. Most people would never notice the difference- The screen protector that comes with the screen replacement was a nice touchOverall, I would definitely recommend this product for replacing a damaged screen.

After watching a few different videos, then carefully reading the included instructions, this was a low stress project to complete. The kit’s tools were good and the magnetic screwdrivers were helpful, but it helped to have an additional strong magnet to attach to the screwdrivers to help reinstall all the screws.Overall very happy with the replacement screen and kit. Recommended and would purchase again.
