Bought this for my husband’s cowboy hat. And although the idea is solid this is not. The whole thing is held up with a binder clip and not only does it not say on the visor but the spring mechanism to fold down to hold your hat isn’t strong enough to actually hold your hat.Such a bummer deal because I bought this as a birthday gift and it flopped.

Howdy, I got this rack for my work truck to hold my beaver felt cowboy hat, it will not hold a heavy hat, I managed to flip it and mount it in a way where it works but I’d suggest light weight hats for this.
