This battery lives up to it’s name as far as battery life is concerned. It really helps balance out my Oculus device making it much more comfortable to use. After 3 months, the end of the USB C jack broke off inside of my Oculus. I contacted the company, and they made it right. They had a quick response and helped me resolve the issue without any issues.

Definitely an upgrade from stock strap and live the tightening location. Only downside is for some reason the battery doesn’t stay charged for as long as they say. It may add an extra 2 hours but not close to 4-6 as they state. Still worth the money by all means

I am so disappointed, my return window closed at 30 days and at 40 days the headset stopped charging! I called Amazon to see if they could help me with product warranty and the only option I was given was to leave a review and I was told the manufacturer would contact me. I would prefer to contact the manufacturer first and not post a negative review, this doesn’t seem like the best way to handle the issue. Hoping the company will make this right.

Great heads trap, no doubt about it. The battery life is great and can play for hours on end if your into that. The only real issue is the fact that after only a month or two of use, the external charger cable broke. This was disturbing because you cant switch the charger for another one so if the charger breaks, i=its power life is over. even though of this stump I still use it as a reliable heads trap, just be easy on it.

With the added weight in the back the distribution is better, not perfect, but much better. Doesn’t cause that pain in my head that the factory strap did. I’ve seen some reviews where people say otherwise but I wonder if they are over tightening. It doesn’t need to be tight to stay in play well. It is easier on my neck too. I can get some decently long play sessions in with it, probably longer than I should be really.
