This is a nice product. The blood pressure tracking is very accurate. I checked using my arm cuff while using the tracker and it was spot on. I did see reviews saying that is wasn’t even close, but it was for me! Also like the sleep, heart rate and calorie tracking. Overall, a great product, especially given the price point.I took off a star for the app because there isn’t a food tracking option. But I can do that through another app.

Upon initially receiving this tracker, I was impressed with the build quality, it was comfortable to wear, and the layout and screen fonts were still comfortable enough for my 55yo eyes to read.I would recommend this tracker for anyone who just needs a good step tracker, heart monitor, and overall extension to your smart phone, but it fell short on BP readings.I tested thoroughly and it’s just not reliable enough. In the world of wearable BP monitors, there are two methods by which a BP is measured (or should I say predicted).1) Uses a pulse wave sensor that listens to the velocity of the blood in your veins and tries to deduce what your pressure might be based on the rate at which your blood flows through a small stretch of a vein.2) The other (even more inaccurate), the software in the watch will try and predict what your BP “might” be based on your current hear rate and activity level.I wasn’t able to determine what method tracker uses, but the standard response you’ll get from support is that it can be anywhere from 0%-20% off and while that would have been ok with me assuming I could take the number on the tracker and multiply it by 1.2 to get a more accurate reading, it simply wouldn’t work because i found that regardless of what I was doing, the tracker never varied more than 3mm on systolic and 2Hg on diastolic … and because I have a cuff at home, I know that my pressure swings more than 30 points on systolic throughout the day … the tracker never showed this.So it’s a nice stylish and light weight tracker which is good at step monitoring, heart rate, …. but don’t bother if you’re looking for reliable blood pressure readings. It will consistently report lower than actual numbers … it sadly makes you believe that you have somehow solved your BP issue (lol)

I like this watch as it is smaller and not so bulky. The screen is easy to read and the app is easy to navigate. Like most fitness watches I’m not so sure of accuracy but it does provide an idea of sleep, BP and the other items it tracks. Definitely worth the price.

I’ve never owned a fitness tracking watch before and I’ll be honest, I’m technically challenged. The watch and app were very easy to set up and use. I love using it to help me achieve my health goals, and it’s very stylish, which I love!

I elected to use this device to monitor my daily walking. I know the distance I walk already–accurately and I know my steps per mile–also accurately. But sometimes I don’t recall whether I walked the entire route or cut part of it off–due to extensive day dreaming. When I walk my route wearing the watch and divide the steps by the distance indicated by the device, I correctly calculate my steps per mile; however, both the distance and the steps are well above what I actually achieve by about 10%. Since I can correct this on any calculator, I did not mark down accuracy since it’s accuracy is consistently 10% above where it should be. This inconsistency is also reflected in blood pressure. I have a separate medical blood pressure device and comparisons are consistently 10% above the watch. My 130/76 measurements are reflected as 146/86. I cannot speak to other measurements. One complaint is that there really isn’t a manual–the one provided doesn’t really provide any information and the app isn’t particularly helpful. I have yet to get the Sport Walking portion to work. For example my watch has a symbol with a number on its face and I can’t match it to any item. Despite all this since I can correct the measurements and it does what I want, I am satisfied with it (due to its cost).

Needed this to keep track of HR & BP. It does track everything, but I’ve only worn is a couple of weeks now and the find your phone has stopped working, have not been able to get it to connect as far as phone calls or messages. As a a nurse I have compared to the the manual BP cuff and 2 digital ones and it is not accurate. It always shows my BP within normal range when it is at stroke level, the HR is is from one extreme to the other. I’m purchasing another style as this on was a complete waste of money.I’m going to give this company another try. As soon as they seen that I was having issues with the watch that I purchased, they reached out to me the very next day offering me a refund. I’ve decided to ask for a replacement and see if it’s better, as it could just be an issue with the watch and not all of their watches. Their customer service is excellent

The only complaint I have about this, which isn’t actually a complaint, because it wasn’t really the reason I bought it – is, the blood pressure is VERY innacurate. My blood pressure has been excellent since I lost a lot of weight (doctor checked and at home cuff readings). I was a bit nervous it was going up again w/the watch, but doctor and cuff at home showed different reading. For instance, watch showed 142/85 while cuff at home was 126/68. WAY off. Doctor after I showed him 138/82 he got 117/63. Told me to ignore the bp readings and figured they aren’t accurate as it’s on top of the wrist, not by artery in bend of arm.

Getting to choose from a variety of faces makes it fun. Heart rate seems accurate and consistent; sleep tracker is wack-it can’t differentiate between light sleep and awake. The sedentary alarm is helpful. The set up of functions is nice. I probably would recommend, unless the sleep tracking accuracy is important to you.

Looks more stylish than you’d expect
For the price this watch looks significantly more stylish than you would expect. It does the usual things like heart rate and oxygen levels and so on and step counters and in my case I have given this to my father-in-law to help him monitor his fitness levels as he recovers from some illness. It’s important for him to do some exercise and using the step counter he can see that he’s done enough for the day and checking his heart rate and so on means that he can ensure he doesn’t exercise too vigourously. He loves it and he could use it for sleep tracking although he doesn’t but it does have that full suite of features so it’s a pretty decent fitness watch for the money

A great entry-level smartwatch with loads of features and a good app
I am a Fitbit/ Google Pixel Watch user by nature, but I have been trying to find an entry level smartwatch for my mum and her partner. This watch has all the basic features, and more, that you would expect for the £60 price tag (There is currently a £17 discount voucher with Amazon Prime – bringing the cost as low as £43)Some of the great things* Looks: The watch is stylish and sleek, with a real elegance to it. No big bulky face, no horrible straps… this looks great.* Performance: Battery life is about 2 days, and this includes having all the features in use such as tracking and notifications* Accuracy: Not sure about the blood pressure monitoring, but in general the steps etc. were not far off my Fitbit readings* App/ features: Loads of features and functions, some which you only find on high-end watches, such as notifications for most apps… The actual app itself is a bit hit and miss, though – and hopefully future updates will make it more stable* Charging: Simple magnetic contact charging, but it’s fast and easy but via a proprietary charge cable.Overall this is a great entry level smart watch for all the right reasons. Tested on Google Pixel 7 Pro, and with Samsung Galaxy A14.Recommended.

    Good smart watch
This smart watch is not bad for the price and quite stylish looking. Nice colour, soft comfortable wrist band, and a large clear display. It has plenty of useful features including sleep tracking and blood pressure monitoring which seem fairly accurate and are very important for tracking my health. Screen quality and battery life not exceptional but very good.
