My dad has one and it works well with my car so I decided to buy one for myself. Clears all my codes and diagnosed all my problems. It is very easy to use and navigate through as well as plugging it in. No battery required since it only turns on when you plug it in. Worth the money!

Got this when my wife’s Honda Pilot check engine light came on. Simply plugged in and it ran a precise, accurate code which proved to be an easy fix for me. You can spend a lot more for the same result. But why? I’ve done mechanic work for years and should’ve gotten this a long time ago. This diagnostic reader is a fantastic, simple to use, yet inexpensive and indispensable, tool to have in your arsenal of auto tools. Highly recommend this.

If your looking for a simple OBD scanner this does the trick at the lowest price point I could find. It is easy to use and you can save the screen to store error codes

I needed a scanner but didn’t want to spend a bunch. This little jewel reads the code and you can erase the code after you fix the issue. No batteries required it runs off your vehicle battery. Easy to use, instructions are simple and the price is cheaper than cheap. You need this❗️👍

For the price this is hard to beat. I have used it several times on three different vehicles and I have had success every time reading and erasing codes. I would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting a simple, accurate OBD code reader.

A must have these days so you can tell what’s going on before taking the vehicle in for service. I’ve used it on import and domestic vehicles and it works well and is easy to use.

This unit worked great on my Chevrolet and diagnosed the code that triggered the ‘check engine’ light. The instructions were very clear on the proper operation of the unit. A Google search on the model and code then indicated there was a recall on this particular problem.

I had a check engine light come on on a high-end sports car and I was dreading taking it into the dealer to get a $500 charge for nothing. I ordered this car diagnostic code reader. Plugged it in found out what the problem was and it was stating it was a mismatch in the emission system. I didn’t know it but you could reset the code with this. The light has not come on again so it was just a fluke. If I would have taken it into the dealer they would have taken me for lots of cash and probably taking apart the car and caused more damage than good. And I only paid like 22 bucks with express shipping for this very happy with this purchased. Product seems very good and solid I’m going to save it for any future issues with my cars.

I bought this product because I had on-going check engine issues. It turns out it was the EVAP system and that code just needs to be cleared out more often than not. I also had a cylinder misfire that I was made aware of. When I cleared these codes, the cylinder misfire never came back on. This could have cost me thousand of dollars for a mechanic to diagnose and fix something that had happened one time and triggered a check engine light code. I was able to clear the codes immediately and that misfire code never came back on. Nothing of this price allows you to do that. This product everyone should have in their glovebox at all times.

My S2000 is 25 years old now, and after a couple decades of low-drama, flawless service, one night it just didn’t feel right on the way home from work and had the dreaded blinking check engine light. Low power, shuddering, etc. I did a next day delivery for this scan tool, found out that I had a misfire one cylinder, which turned into a misfire in all cylinders. After replacing the plugs, cleaning the mass airflow sensor and various connections, running injector cleaner, replacing a coilpack and using this scan tool every step of the way to troubleshoot, we’re all good again, hopefully for another 25 years. In total: for the scan tool, spark plugs, contact cleaner, and a couple miscellaneous tools, I’m out about $100 and maybe ten hours across a few days. A coworker just had the spark plugs, coil packs, and some sensors replaced on his Accord, is out over a grand, and still had to wait a few days.
