Works great. Didn’t come with any instructions, but I didn’t need them. Put batteries in it and it worked. I have a Samsung 6 series that I bought a couple months ago. Due to the remote hitting the floor to many times the original failed. This one looks pretty much identical and works like the original one did prior to hitting hardwood. The price was right as well. Also controls my sonos sound bar without any programming.

I was blessed to have had a Samsung Smart TV factory remote that held its battery life for almost 4 years, but once I had to change the batteries…. it was happening every month. The built-in component went haywire (which added to the existing problem of trying to open the remote.) Whoever thought of that design on the back definitely didn’t think it through. I finally threw in the towel, knowing that if I didn’t…. I was going after that old remote with a HAMMER!!! This new “Universal Remote” arrived yesterday & it is absolutely the VERY best! It’s so easy to use, and the battery compartment is easily accessible! Thank you so much for manufacturing a device that is “friendly”…. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

If you need a replacement remote for your Samsung smart TV, this is the remote to get. I received the remote and it worked on 2 different Samsung TVs that were both missing their remote. I didn’t need to do anything but put in 2 AAA batteries. There is no programming needed. I tried all the different function buttons and they worked without problem.

no instructions however it worked out of package but wasn’t set up for all the functions so I can’t jump to an app like Netflix using the button because they don’t work. Only basic functions.

These work great. We’ve ordered these twice and all you do is put batteries in and it’ll work with your tv right away. Works with several different Samsung models. The only thing is we ordered two remotes this time and one did not work at all. We put batteries in it and it never worked.
