I’ve had other Panasonic products in the past that were high quality. This BluRay player was no exception. Remote and player worked as promised.

My Sony (just out of its warranty) became unreliable loading discs, so I decided to give this Panasonic a try. After 6 months, it still works well. My only major complaint is the remote with its tiny buttons. After bad luck with multiple Sonys, I’ll stick with Panasonic if it remains reliable, but they should really consider including a better remote – at the very least, perhaps combine the play and pause into one big button, and make the remote light up for those of us who watch movies in dark rooms. And yes, I could replace the remote with a universal one more to my liking, but I shouldn’t have to.

It works fine so far, but there is a strange flimsiness to this machine that I find concerning. I will not be surprised if it only lasts a year or two, as I do use it a lot.

I bought this device to play Blu-ray discs. I got this product cuz it was within my budget. Big mistake. After only watching 2 movies on it it was constantly freezing even though I put a brand new Blu-ray disc in it. I watched a movie on it today and it froze then displayed an error message. I can’t return it due to the return window expiring. Good thing I held onto my old Sony Blu-ray player which I’ll use from this point forward. Save yourself some time and don’t waste your money on this product. I’m disappointed in modern Panasonic electronics. Vintage Panasonic electronics work better then this.

I bought it because it is not SMART does not connect to the INTERNET to do the things a DVD PLAYER does not do. 3rd World Educated? Do not buy this. It is for educated people.
