I received this item and first use it ate my tape, I thought “old tape, try again” nope! Eats all tapes and instead of a refund, they want me to send it back so someone else can buy it and have the same result! Avoid purchasing if you want to preserve your memories.

I have two VHS tapes that were made for me from my old camcorder tapes. Both of these VHS tapes have some really good memories on them and I honestly thought I would never be able to watch them again. The purchase of this VCR was a good investment. Without any instruction manuals, I was able to hook it up to my TV without much difficulty. The remote works well. Wishing I would’ve kept some of my old VHS movies.

Package was delivered quickly, was boxed packaged nicely with no issues. Came with everything but the connector cables as listed but I have some so no biggie. Was in mint condition visually but I haven’t tried using it yet will update later.

The cost was lower than others. The VCR is exactly like it was described. It included the remote and batteries!Not knowing how to how to hook it up a very nice and knowledgeable neighbor hooked it up and it works good.Since I have used it only once it is too early to see what the future will bring.I would recommend the seller.
