I was not sure what to expect when the box arrived. The item did not appear to be able to deliver what was described when oredred. Appearances can be deceiving… but in a good way this time! The label maker was easily connected to my phone and cranked out perfect labels each time. There were no issues peeling and sticking the labels. The choice of fonts and font size was on par with what any label maker can do. All labels continue to hold up well. Another perk is that it is extremely compact so easily stored or transported if necessary. Cute colors too!

If you are into organization this little gadget is a must! Portable, effective and super user friendly! It makes the cutest labels! The app is easy to navigate and there are different fonts, emojis, etc. Plus the labels stick really well. 10/10! Money well spent!

Must read! I bought the P12 but it wouldn’t stay connected. Called customer service first time and that person was not informed and said it was defective. Amazon refunded everything. I ordered it again because I still had the extra tape and thought what are the chances, right? Well it did it again. This time I emailed the company as it was late. I am not kidding when I say I got the greatest customer service rep this time. It sounds crazy, but they were so helpful we have emailed back n forth 30xs! Only because I was so hesitant but they assured me it was the charging block! You MUST USE a 5v-2A charging plug or the stream of power will cause the unit to shut off! So they offered and sent a brand new, upgraded P12Pro which is rechargeable and does not need batteries which I wanted but didn’t know the original P12 was battery operated. I bought the correct charger from Amazon and it works beautifully!!!! And I ran it so long on one charge I used the whole roll of tape! It charges very quickly too! So I had mentioned I was looking at getting colored tape when I told the service agent how thrilled I was with the product and he is sending me free colored tape rolls!!! This customer service just can’t be beat and that’s what matters most when I buy anything! They have been very kind, replied immediately to every email, knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the second unit I was refunded for with an upgraded model at no cost or inconvenience to me! All the while replying instantly to emails with great kindness and patience! I HIGHLY recommend this P12Pro label printer! The app is so user friendly and installed in just a minute! You must connect the device thru the app not your phones Bluetooth or it won’t connect. I couldn’t believe how long one fast charge lasted and my main reason for this printer was having a continuous tape so I could make a label as long as I want! Not all, actually very few have that option! You can trust this company completely! And email them directly with any questions- you’ll be blown away by the knowledge and very kind customer service! I’d leave 100 🌟review if I could!

Was inexpensive and small, which I needed. It’s a thermal printer so I don’t know how long before the labels fade. But the app works well and I had no trouble printing labels. Not nearly the quality of my Brother P-Touch, but that was way more money and this serves its purpose well as a portable compact label maker.

great price for a product that doesn’t REQUIRE batteries or a cord….if you follow the directions it works GREAT. i thin it’s easy to use – but I also don’t have trouble with “troubleshooting” when techy things don’t work right away. i was skeptical as it had an interesting look to it…but i love all of the options.

I haven’t had a label maker in many years. This looked like a good way to get things organized. The labels go on easy and come off easy if you want to replace them. That always used to be the drawback with these sorts of things. The Bluetooth connects easily and doesn’t ask a bunch of invasive information. You don’t have to log in and join a crowd and do all sorts of other drama just to get your labels made. I had mine out of the box and making labels in less than 5 minutes. I also discovered many functions this little machine does that I didn’t even need but I’m enjoying. I’m ordering more color labels and I’m going to use it for other things. Definitely worth the inexpensive price and it is surprisingly sturdy for its low cost. I think I will get a lot of use out of it.

Overall, I am satisfied with this printer for basic label making needs. The graphics, fonts, and borders are cute and the app is easy to use. The largest down side is the fact that this item must be powered with a specific power block to achieve the proper charge to print. The power block does not come with it, so if you don’t already own one, you will need to account for that added cost.

Does not need batteries! When I ordered this I had already purchased batteries for this and accidentally got the wrong size luckily it came with a charging cord (very short one)however I already have one at home for other uses. I was happy to know that I didn’t need to use/waste batteries !!I have only used it about five times so far and I’m noticing the smaller the print you go the harder it is to obviously read but it’s very faint in some of the more fancy looking designs. I I’m trying to label some travel perfume bottles and I want the labels to be quite dainty.This will take a little bit of getting used to and the app itself is somewhat user friendly but can be a little finicky on trying to get back to the screen I want.I am enjoying this so far. The labels themselves seem a little bit more paper like in comparison to a fancier version which is a little more slick plastic feeling but that’s totally fine

Amazing Little Printer
I got this printer to label some stuff around the house and also some school stuff for the kids. At first I was having an issue with the sample that came with the printer so I contacted the seller and they were amazing at replying and helping me out, I sent out a picture and video and they sent me an entire set of labels which was really great. The printer works perfectly and the app is very easy to use

Pure Garbage
This label maker is so bad, like really bad. Barely prints anything on the white tape and black film doesn’t move which would technically just get imprinted on the white tape by thermal action. Pure garbage and defective piece, will be returniflng it.
