    works perfect with (coworker’s) existing complete unit, I just have to charge it a 1/2 hour before use, turn it off at the end of the day and importantly put coworker’s headset in for charging so ready to start the next day fully charged and ready to go (we alternate at the same workstation), good solution to try it out before purchasing complete unit for different phone (that wouldn’t even be in the right area)

    I bought Plantronics WO2 more then 4 years ago. I am a creature of habit and dont want to change what I know works, especialy when it comes to my job. My dog eat my old headset and called the company who stated I needed to buy a newer model. I refused to believe that non of their other headsets would work with my system. So I bought this crossing my fingers. Low and behold it worked and I mailed back the newer model saving tons of money. It also charges on the stand and the spare batteries for the old headset also fit this device.

    I lost my headset at work and needed a replacement. I’m glad that I didn’t need to buy the whole package again. This headset will link to your old base in seconds. I can’t live (work) without this wireless headset. The range is phenomenal. I wish the battery life was a little longer. It doesn’t last the full 10-12 hours work shift but a quick 20-30 min charge mid-day will get you through. I work in a very busy pharmacy and this headset makes my day. I can multitask while taking to customers on the phone. Don’t think, just buy it! Your neck and body will thank you. A must investment for those that constantly needs to be on the phone.

    Lol, my boss had replaced our old headsets and I broke this one on accident (be careful when you try to twist the earpiece off or you’ll twist a permanent piece off the speaker ((like I did)). Boss never knew I broke the old piece and this works like a dream. Took off a star because these just aren’t as comfortable as the older, heavier sets from the same company. Earpiece could be a little more flexible, and that would make it easier to put on

    Synced automatically with our existing base. I liked that it even came with the overhead attachment for staff that do not like to wear over ear.

    This is my 2nd headset of this model and luckily I’ve bought the extended warranty each time. The first one was a full kit with the headset and base, after about 2 years of usage the mute/volume button on the back of the headset went bad. When trying to click the button to mute, it would repeatedly mute/unmute/mute multiple times from just a single click, then I began having issues with adjusting the volume. If I moved the switch up or down to change the volume sometimes it would make a loud screeching sounds and disconnect from the base. I would have to place the headset in the charging base and wait for it to connect and begin charging, then remove it from the base and turn it back on. Very inconvenient when this happens in the middle of a call.I got the headset only replaced under the warranty, kept the same base. After about 1 1/2 years the 2nd headset started exhibiting the exact same behavior with the mute/volume button so I’m about to have to warranty it again. It’s great that I have the warranty but I have to go without my headset for 1-2 weeks when I send it in.Other than the repeated issue, I love the headset. Has great sound quality, excellent range, and is comfortable to wear all day. Also has fantastic battery life.

    Bought this to replace one that broke (human error) and was part of a total unit purchased 2 years earlier.Also came with the over the heard band which was not noted in the description
