These earbuds are amazing. It translates real time conversation into my ear immediately. Very easy to set up and has a lot of cool features! I bought these earbuds to be able to communicate with my fiancé who speaks Arabic. We are traveling to Dubai soon so I thought purchasing the offline addition would be amazing just in case I lost service while I’m there. The offline package does not offer every language that it does while it’s online. You can only purchase Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, french, Russian and German. If you are thinking of spending the extra money on the offline package for a language other than those I would save your money and just purchase the regular set that only allows online communication.Besides not being able to translate Arabic offline this is a great purchase. Will still be extremely helpful during travels as long as you have data or are connected to internet.

I have used these earbuds nearly every day for the last two months. They are incredible. I mostly use the to talk to a Chinese friend of mine and it is so good I forget she does not speak English. The translation speed is very good considering it relies on Internet connection. Unlike the W2’s the M3 does not support both talking at once but I found that to be preferable for my use.If I have one slightly negative observation it is that they are so smooth they fall out your ear very easily, especially at gym and sweaty.

Update: I would not recommend these headphones anymore. I may be the only one, but after use of just these headphones, I get consistent prolonged ringing in my ears now. Recently i tested it on lowest volumn in one ear, next day, the other ear and the result is that ringing happens in the ear that it was used. It doesn’t matter if it is at the lowest volume, it only occurred after use of this particular brand. Im going to switch back to my original earbuds to see if it is truly this brand of earphones.Original review: Using these earbuds for calls and music now. The translation is a lot slower than anticipated and depending on your phone and the type of phone case, it may or may not translate well. Personal experience is that it doesn’t pick up the speech fast enough and does not translate fast enough to process sentence to sentence, even with settings to short pauses, for both WiFi and offline modes. Disappointing to say the least.

Having actually tried this while traveling… it can’t keep up for what I wanted it for (listen mode while not connected to the internet so I wouldn’t be entirely in the dark when my new in-laws were talking to each other, my bride, and our children). At least not for Chinese -> English. I ran across a number of difficulties:1) They keep disconnecting every few minutes (and I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, so not exactly a weak phone, and I have no issues with my other Bluetooth devices), and the app bails every time even one of the two earpieces disconnects. As it also translates to the screen, this behavior is stupid, at least when using Listen mode.2) It can’t deal with background noise.3) It’s not registering my in-laws end-of-sentence pause, nor noticing when one relative stops and another beings. This produces a very long delay in my comprehension (via the device) of what’s being said. However, it turns out this is a setting, it’s just a little hard to find. You may want to get in touch with their support team to adjust it.4) English takes a little longer than Chinese, and it kept running out of buffer space (at least, I assume that’s why it kept spitting out “Tadpole, Tadpole, Tadpole, Tadpole…” after a little while). This too is a hard-to-find setting; again, contact support. So it needs some work. It does function if you find the right settings and you’re in a reasonably quiet environment.

It’s a few months now. I am so disappointed. Now the app doesn’t pick any words. I am connected to the wifi and it doesn’t do anything I switch to google and it picks up what is being said. I am in the same situation I was before buying it and lost money. Good idea but needs a lot of improvement. Some emails me trying to troubleshoot, it didn’t work. The highest volume is low when you are in a restaurant. If you are in a classroom setting it translates slower than when they speak, so you will be behind on what is being said. And some things need to be translated correctly. You will get an idea of what is being said in the classroom or meeting, but it needs to be more accurate. The biggest issue is the volume. It is just too low.

Excelente
A pesar de que tarda un poco en traducir y que no debe haber mucho ruido al rededor porque traduce otras cosas. A mi en general me gustó mucho.

Fantastic for any occasion
The first thing I liked was that it fits very well in the ear and doesn’t stick out. I’ve used other earphones and they always kept falling and disturbing me.Now let’s talk about the quality of the earphones: This product is resistant, light, battery life, compact and comfortable. Ideal to use for hours without worrying. It’s so comfortable that sometimes it doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing earphones.About translation: Ideal for any situation where you think it is necessary to have a translator, such as: travel, questions about direction and others. I used it a lot at a conference I had. English is not my first language and it has terms that I am not yet familiar with, so this product helps me a lot to understand the context of the subject in detail.Overall, it’s a great product, a little out of your budget, but well worth it and I recommend it.
