I bought this as a Software Defined Radio (SDR) and it has an impressive frequency range. This will not work to receive TV in the US. I used Zadig to install a WinUSB driver for the SDR (the driver on the CD didn’t work for this purpose) then CubicSDR to view and listen to various radio frequencies. I listened FM radio and decoded the RF signals used by my fan and light remote controls. It can receive US TV frequencies but it cannot decode the audio or video.
