Right out of the box this device connected and works flawlessly over the last couple of weeks. I use it to teach and the built-in red pointer with the mouse feature has unchained me from a desk/lectern and given me the freedom to move around. So far, it appears durable and well made.

The easy plug-n-play is great for quick starting presentations. I also feel the laser pointer is powerful but I have only used it in 3/10 presentations thus far. I saw other reviews where folks were saying the clip quality was poor but given that I held the device in my hand like a pen majority of the time, I didn’t encounter the same issue.

I got this because I needed a true Bluetooth presentation clicker for using with my iPad. This paired up with no problem. Forward/back works just as expected. The volume control works as well. The green laser pointer is VERY good. Very focused beam pattern and bright. The special button events do NOT work, but I’m honestly not surprised since that’s most likely a compatibility thing with iPadOS.The only ding I’ll give it is the charging port. Micro-USB, really? It’s 2024, USB-C has been a standard for YEARS now.

I’ve used this Clicker/Pointer with an 8-year-old Dell Latitude laptop, a 2 year old Mac mini and a 2 year old iMac to control PowerPoint and KeyNote presentations. Today I was thrilled to realize that I can also control ProPresenter 7 on the iMac. The iMac is in an upper level open sound booth and I’m standing below it about 35 feet away. There is a split second delay, so if you’re doing music slides, you would have to practice to get the timing right. If you’re just doing a classroom presentation, it works quite well. Highly recommend this remote.

Handy and functional — don’t forget to insert the little connector to your laptop. If your pointer isn’t working properly (advaning slides, or red light showing on monitor), you may need to replace battery or ensure you have inserted the mini USB receiver in your laptop. Also, the little battery store cover can be a little troublesome to remove.

This is a nice compact unit. On my second unit for my computer. Wore the first one out, well three years might do that. Got another one for my laptop. Simple 4 buttons and has directions on how to use it. Plug and use it right away for PowerPoints. If you use the laser pointer a lot then keep a battery handy. As the laser gets dim replace the battery. Great for a guest speaker who may not have one or is used to running their presentation from their laptop where my projector access is in the corner of the room. And not very expensive either.

This product had the right price. As a teacher, there have been so many times were these go missing, get broken, or what have you, so you don’t want to spend a whole lot of money on them. It works well and does what it is supposed to. Unfortunately, the metal piece got lodged into my usb port on the computer, making that port unusable. I am afraid if I take it out, then I will have to buy another clicker. Maybe that is what I get for getting an inexpensive one.

Worked 3 times, then failed
This is a knockoff, which is fine by me for the price paid. However, after using it only 3 times, now the laser always turned on. The rest works fine, but I can’t have this light work all the time.

Good product. Working fine and as expected… But now not working.
The product is quite good and works as expected. One reason for choosing this product is it had the needed feature of controlling the volume from the presenter, some models like Logitech did not have. At the same time I would like to mention that this product ships from abroad and can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. So if its not urgent, then go ahead and place an order…… And now since last two weeks (Sept ’19) or so it stopped working. Don’t know if it is under any kind of warranty..

The announced signal range is not valid
I bought this presenter to use in my classroom while teaching students.It doesn’t function when you are more than 2 meters far from its USB.Consequently, I had to borrow another presenter from one of my colleagues.
