He likes the style and says it is easy to hold. He has dropped it accidentally a few times and there has been no issues after this. Great product.

I purchased this with low expectations. The price was definitely reasonable therefore I expected the product to not be great. But, I was wrong, the product is amazing. The controller itself is sturdy and easy to use. It worked so well that my oldest son is ordering one and his buddy who happened to stop by last night while we were using it. Controllers are usually very costly, this one was not and it works great. Myself (44 years old) and my “gamer” boys (ages 10 and 17) definitely recommend this controller. Definitely recommended by all three of us!

We have massive problems with the official Joycons as the joystick would start drifting after a few months. We have bought 3 pairs of official Joycon so far and they all suffer the same problem.Bought some other 3rd party controller but they are terrible as well.But we bought 4 of these controlellers and have been using them for about a year now, and they are still perfect! No drift issue, battery life is good. Only problem is it would disconnect a bit too fast when idle.. so sometimes a long cutscene would trigger a disconnect.But apart from that, these controllers are perfect!(it doesn’t have motion control or NFC, but we don’t need them)

This works great and at a low price! We just wanted a second controller for playing Mario Kart. My son still prefers his “brand” controller, but this is perfect price and works great for me.

I don’t mind getting a less feature-filled controller for a much lower price, but it only connects to my switch about 25% of the time after just a few months of infrequent usage. Yes, I tried all of the things per the instructions. And sometimes it does magically work – but a lot of times I’m frustrated while the controller unsuccessfully tries to find the switch that is right in front of it. I end up just pulling off the regular joycons and using those instead. For wired play, it’s probably fine. For my use case, though, I feel like I wasted my money.Edit: I’m adding a star because the company reached out to me after I wrote this review and offered a refund. Good on them for standing by their product.
