We have purchased two of these WiFi Adapters. We bought a second one because the first one worked so well. We had a few issues with the second one not working consistently – like it wasn’t connecting with the computer properly. After checking my Amazon history, I was one day past the return window when we were finally able to confirm it was an issue with the device itself and not other issues. I reached out to the company’s support team for assistance. Luckily, I was connected with SANA, who took immediate action and went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. We went through some additional troubleshooting steps to confirm it was the device itself. Once confirmed, he very quickly got a replacement shipped out to me and followed up consistently until he confirmed I had received the replacement and it was working well. I highly recommend this WiFi Adapter, not only because it works well but because their support is top notch.

So I live way off in the middle of no where. If you don’t have wifi you can’t even make a phone call. This little beauty really helped push my internet connection with out having to run a cable from my router across my house to my pc. Super simple to set up, basically plug and play. Before I couldn’t even turn my pc on my connection was so weak but after buying this I have little to no issue playing games. Download speeds go from 3 days to 5-10 hours I am so glad I bought this product!

I had a connectivity issue when I received the adapter and contacted support. The gentleman SANA was incredibly knowledgeable though was unable to resolve this issue and ordered a replacement which arrived in only 2 days. Once I received it the product was still not functioning and SANA personally contacted me without me reaching out to see if the new item resolved the issue. After he did trouble shooting for 30 minutes he found the error was not with the product but with SPECTRUM. I contacted spectrum and resolved the issue. The product works amazing and I have no drops in data and no connectivity issues.

You never know what you’re getting when you order it online, so I’m happy to report that this WiFi adapter works well. I use it for work with pretty heavy data usage, and haven’t had any problems. It also connected to WiFi quite easily.The direction of the USB is a little weird, being at a flat 0 degree angle to the ground, while most USB ports are perpendicular 90 degrees. But that small inconvenience doesn’t affect me rating since it does everything it’s advertised to do.

I purchased the Nineplus Wireless USB WiFi Adapter for my kid as her new PC didn’t come with a wifi adapter. It is a powerhouse! Boasting 1300Mbps and dual 5Dbi antennas, it delivers lightning-fast 5G/2.4G WiFi. Easy setup and a reliable connection make this adapter a must-have for seamless PC connectivity.Cons: It is an awkward-shaped adapter. I recommend installing it in the back so it’s out of reach and not easily broken.

As with many things, you can never be sure you are getting the latest version of the technology so be careful. In this case there are newer versions. Support for the 1300 mbps pretty much reverts to the 1200 mbps. Nineplus does not seem to have their own website, with drivers and tutorials, so google takes you to generic youtube videos or instructions for an older version. It’s pretty obvious you are in for a challenge when the package includes a cd/dvd, and not just a link to a web site. The driver that comes on the CD is from 2017 and is a Realtek driver. Windows 10 will install another driver by default when the device is connected. USE THE WINDOWS DRIVER!! The driver on the CD resulted in 1/2 of the speed that the windows driver provided (90 vs 190 at this site). All that being said, the unit did improve the signal strength. So good on them, but it’s just not for the faint of heart.
